Job Role: Application Tech Support Practitioner
Location: Gurugram
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interface between clients and applications/systems.
Provide voice support to clients for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Build knowledge and support the team in incident resolution.
Participate in problem-solving discussions and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Assist in training new team members on technical support processes and tools.

Qualification:
15 years of full-time education.
UG: B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
PG: Any Postgraduate.
